They only wear them for the event and hand them back at the end. I've witnessed this personally at an event.

·To be fair to TAG, in the past I have seen current models in Bicester, in one case a Calibre 16 Carrera that wasn't even in the catalogue I think - and when I asked how come they had these current pieces they told me they were used for photo shoots or publicity events. So while they may take them back, they don't necessarily go to Beaverbrooks the next day. And even if they do, if they are undamaged its no worse than buying a watch 50 people have tried on before you...

·Subdial surrounds are banked at an angle. Depending on the lighting they seem to color shift with the inner subdial. Perhaps the surrounds are catching some of the reflection from the concentric circles.
Here in these pics it's clear that the subdial and main dial are all the same color.
