Connected 3th Generation will work out perfectly for you. I was invited for a preview at the local TH Boutique. The case is thinner compared to Connected Modular 45. This is a winner for Tag Heuer. Presentation box feels rich too. The watch comes in a travel case. Other members have talked about the chipset, memory etc.

The straps are supple and feel good on the wrist. The watch will come only on a black rubber. Bracelet and three other color rubber straps will be available at the launch time.

I put my money down and looking forward for the launch date.

Cheers.
No leather options? The brown leather was awesome on the 45. Was hoping it would be an option on this one.

No leather option at this time. However, we never know. Things may change in due course.

Cheers.

Starts from 1800 USD. Titanium case expected by mid-April and will be approximately 400 USD more.

Cheers.
$1800+$400≈$2200 for the titanium version? That's a rather big jump from the original ~$1600 for the ceramic-titanium version of the Connected Modular 45.

Really love my connected 45 especially since i changed from iPhone to android. The only thing missing for me is the heart rate monitor so looking forward to seeing the new model brought out. I haven't managed to find anything official about it though. Is it coming out in the UK in March?

Found this. Much likely fake, but haven't seen it before 😀

Specs of the Titanium version not revealed. So, nothing known yet as to why there is ask for higher RRP.

Cheers.

Do you know it's fake or are you hoping it's fake?
I know it's a fake. I've seen the real one. Besides the give away is that the fake one has the old TAG lettering, without Heuer.

Awesome. Is this close or is the legitimate one way different?

I’m also ambivalent: I’m looking forward to seeing how is the 3rd Gen Connected, but -once confirmed is not compatible with current Modular system, and it’s not even modular- for sure I’m not going to buy it, and I will stay with my current Modular 45, which is perfectly working for what I need: notifications, control of my iPhone for playing music, enough battery for a complete working day with the screen always on (WatchMaker faces)... two mechanical modules, and many different straps and lugs 😉
Same here. If i ll upgrade i ll miss modularity and 100% the futuristic shape with edges. Hope cm45 will last long enough

Anyway it’s funny that they are advertising two different fakes at same time: one with one side button, tachymetre, and black box

And the other without tachymeter, two side buttons, and red box (this one looks even worst than the other):

Both fakes are using old TAG Heuer logos, which doesn’t make sense in this watch, so it was a clear red flag

Extremely disappointing about the end of modularity -- would have been a day 1 purchase if it was compatible with my considerable selection of rubber, titanium and leather straps.

Now I think I will wait until the current Connected has failed, and see what my options are in free agency-- the lack of presence of JCB definitely felt here.
