Closer! It's not a Tudor though. And it's a new watch, not vintage (though it certainly doesn't look it!)
OK, last guess. A Rado Captain Cook?

A friend of mine actually got to try on the Bamford Aquaracer, he said it looked better in real life but the only thing he didn't like about it was that it was too 'light' in weight.

Light weight is premium! But I do know that many people associate heavy with luxury

I am still not in love with this one but it usually takes time before I really like something

Yeah, there's a difference between, say, Swatch lightweight and titanium lightweight.

I'm on the edge of my seat wanting to try this on but I just don't feel like going to 5th Ave right now. Eh maybe sometime this week I'll break and risk it

Titanium is good 👍 The Monza, PVD coated Titanium Carrera’s (Carrera Flyback, Drive Timer) are all lightweight. It’s just a matter of getting used to 😉

An expensive experiment though, not one I’m willing to try, I like a heavy watch, reassuring weight I know is there, just what I am used to, although my Rado ceramic is pretty slim and featherweight. Need to get the use of a set of scales to weigh the collection.

Yes I might run into problems when trying to buy a limited watch once I love it 🤔

I actually understand that.

I have a couple of titanium watches and they feel fine from weight point of view. I once tried on a titanium Seamaster and it felt like a piece of plastic on my wrist!

Does anyone know if this is the pvd aquaracer case beadblasted, or a custom ti case?

Custom Ti case, the dimensions of details are different from other Aquaracer. It looks a tad thinner than ordinary Aquaracer

I’m thinking of getting one of these once it’s in Bicester Village! Right sir Rob @Aquagraph 😉
