Yeah, there are no Aquaracers in my future. As much as I like some of them, that cyclops - whether external at 3 or internal at 6 - just kills it for me. The 40mm model due later this year is no-date though so I'm looking forward to seeing if there's any interesting versions
Really Beaverbrooks, the Aquaracer was launched in 1982 was it? Or does that just sound better than 2005... they could say the Aquaracer has its roots in the 2000 Series which it evolved from (not the 1000 Series) which was launched in 1982, but the Aquaracer was not launched in 1982. No sir.
Just trying to make it appeal to people that won’t really care about the history, the writer probably speed read some piffle that he found online with minimal research. If it’s not his chosen watch brand he won’t care.
Or he doesn't care about watches at all, and is just doing the sales pitch his boss told him to write up.
