I don't mind a bit of polishing but for the seller to say it appears unpolished is perhaps optimistic

 

A casemaker called M.R.P SA provided this type case to several brands, Heuer, Auricoste, Dodane, Sinn, I believe also a similar looking Zodiac model...not sure if also the Squale but from the looks of it probably as well.
