I’m looking for a 3 register dial for a Carrera glassbox dial to fit an 02 movement. Colour and date opening is immaterial.
Information appreciated as to where I might buy one.

Your best bet for something that new is to befriend an independent watchmaker with a TAG parts account and see if he'll order one for you. This is almost certainly against their terms of service though so I wouldn't expect an easy process.

Other option is to scour eBay and other sites for potentially damaged watches, which will hopefully just have case and/or movement damage you could just take the dial from.
