I've been tempted to get one of those bracelets. Did it come with the watch? Or did you buy it separately from TAG Heuer? (Is it still available?)

No, the ACM Edition only comes with a strap. I ordered it yesterday from my local boutique and they fitted it for me today. I'm very happy. It's a really nice bracelet and, due to the well designed end piece, reduces the visual bulk of the case that is visible when a strap is fitted.

Thanks; I'll put one on my wishlist.

I should add that it was very resonably priced, IMO, at AUD$460.

They're generally unloved but I think the 1553N is one of the cooler Carreras on the wrist

The watch bug has hit; must be the fall season.
I've been itching for a new watch, although a budget one considering all financial institutions have denied me funding.
For some reason, I feel like a simple three hander.

Before making anything stupid, I took out the Railmaster out from the watch box to estimate how long I can survive without a chronograph on my wrist.

I've been looking at the Presage line from Seiko; some nice affordable choices.
Maybe something from the used market?
Sorry, no non-chronograph Carrera for me...

If it is Seiko you want, have a look at Samurai Blue Lagoon SRPB09J1. But used TH 4000 or F1 is almost at the same price.

That didn't work out. Carrera Chrono back on the wrist.

The Samurai Blue Lagoon is gorgeous; problem is, the sheer size of it is too big for my wrist. And it's a diver.
I was more into the Presage line.
