@abrod520 What are the three crowns for?
This is a Memovox Polaris, which is a mechanical alarm watch! So, the 4 o'clock crown is the time. The middle crown is the internal dive bezel, bi-directional. And the 2 o'clock crown sets the alarm turned counter-clockwise and quick-changes the date in the other direction; winding it winds the alarm mechanism.

Overlooking the 17th I think?
Asked the concierge and he confirmed that the 17th ran behind the hotel towards town and of course the final hole and clubhouse.
