I really should wear this more and get used to the smaller size .
Eventually you will enjoy the tiny size. The 58 feels like a child's watch at first but now I enjoy it, it feels like wearing nothing

Do you think TAG will ever use quick release straps? It feels like TAG is always 5 years behind in all trends

In 2017, during the Jean-Claude Biver management, they launched the Modular Carrera with a great -fast, solid, and reliable- quick release system and innovative concept 👍
TAG actually had quick release springbars even earlier than that. The strap on the Monaco CAW211D, circa 2011-12, had a quick release.

I got the CAW211D's strap (FC6300) for my CAW211P McQueen, the quick release is very convenient. But in fact, I see that TAG first did it for the 40th Anniversary Monaco CAW211A in 2009.

The CAW211B & CAW211C had quick release too. I wonder why they stopped? Perhaps too many incidents of them being inadvertently released?

The Team Ikuzawa also has a quick release strap. But I guess it doesn't count, since the strap design is from Bamford.

👍 and also the last Autavia range has quick release straps (and steel bracelets) in a not so classic style, like for the 3rd and 4th Connected generations:

But these Monaco & Autavia quick release systems are not so strong, safe, and “Avant-Garde” 😉 as the Modular quick release system (the complete fastening is made in titanium), which is really innovative. I love these two push buttons to eject the strap and lugs 😀

Can't believe the spring pins on my aquaracer are 20.5 mm so impossible to buy. You have to go to a Tag dealer to order them. Couldn't even get them from Tag Heuer direct.
