The manual winding works but on the wrist it doesn't wind at all.

A shame this after sales service of Tag Heuer.

 

Have you read the manual, maybe you need to shake your arm hysterically for five minutes every day to ensure it winds

I’ve never had such service issues with any of the independent watchmakers I’ve worked with.
