Makes the watch look good as new. 馃憤
Where do you get your F1 replacement straps from? I've thought about getting one for mine. But the prices seem to be around $80-$100, not willing to spend that much on a plastic strap.

Errrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr.... TAG direct. Ebay prices are double the actual price. They are 拢32 in the UK, on Ebay they are 拢70+. The great thing is you can sell your used ones for 拢20 on eBay, so they only end up costing 拢12!

That was me in 2020, partially out of boredom sitting at home partially out of the... eh let's say... non-consensual collection reset. Still feeling the hangover!

TAG Heuer's logic is simple, if the crown is on the left (i.e. Cal 11), the Monaco wears the Heuer logo. The CAW211C silver dial, French Edition, and Hourglass Edition are other examples of Heuer branded Monacos that have the radial style indices.

Also FYI, what you call the "TAG Heuer indices" are in fact Heuer design traits as well. Originally seen on the Monaco 1533.

These radial markers are stunning! Why do we have those fat stumpy things on new Monacos?

That would be a lovely re-edition.

Totally agree and was actually thinking the same thing! A 1533 Monaco re-edition would pair very nicely with the Hodinkee Dato. I've since developed a deep fondness for these quirky unbalanced Heuer designs. 馃榾
