Humidity is about 4000%,under atrocious heat.
Trip to spend the last days of summers with the kids ahead. Beach, strollers, luggage, you know the drill.

Looks great, not too expensive either... the watch world seems to be an area where people seem to think they can take the micky generally. You know when you see a book reviewed it's often 拢400 or something absolutely ridiculous, so it's nice to see someone doing something sensible.

It's a shame there's no TAGs, but not surprising, they've obviously gone for the three most talked about watches on youtube which makes sound business sense. But personally I don't get why people are so excitable when it comes to the Seiko SKX.

Ideally, the best TAG they could choose would be.... the Aqauagraph, but since most people have never heard of it, it's rather unlikely.

First off - great photo! Love that Aquagraph!

Second - the SKX is a great "beater" watch. I got a SKX013 (mid size version) from my wife and girls and it's a great watch! I can't get over how great it looks. It's not super accurate, and there's no hacking or manual wind. But as a grab and go auto its great. I wear this watch as my fishing watch when I don't want to risk damaging my TAG's or Omega SMP.

I agree with elbeik. The Seiko SKX is excellent value and generally well regarded in the WIS community. The perfect "beater".

Liking the look of that Breitling. I find Breitlings to be a bit on the "bling" side for my taste, but I do like the look of this Superocean. How long have you owned it? As for Breitling's current line-up, my favorite is the Colt automatic 41 mm and I was considering one, along with a TAG Heuer Aquaracer WAY211A - until my dad gifted me his Omega SMP. Anyway, nice watch.

Is it new? my wife has one although I don't think it has seen daylight a good few years (possibly non functioning) but it wasn't that colour for long and ended up with a black strap on it.

I almost bought the chronograph aquaracer before. Was a hard battle between the 3 hander and the chronograph. (Although it was still the black on black version like my current 3 hander).
I wonder the accuracy of the chronograph one.

Great looking watch by the way !
