It's an awesome watch and everything I looked forward to for a long time. In my line of work it's not overly practical to wear most of the time which makes it extra special when I do.

My colleagues at work think I'm daft wearing mine at work, but, it wasn't bought to hidden away in a box, next week it's the carrera's turn.

Here's my new $20 vintage Helbros from the mid 1980's

Helbros_1.jpg

It runs an ESA 963.114 movement. One day it may find it has a greater calling.

Nice pieces, the F1 sure has grown up a lot since I had mine in the 1990s.

My everyday WK1110. I wish it was a little bigger, but it doesn't look stupid on me like the smaller version did. Tried wearing my F1 Kirium to work, couldn't do it. Aquagraph - not a chance!

My Classic 2000 getting some wrist time. The lume on the dial is very bright! At 38 mm, it is on the small side but I actually love it. It's not too small on my wrist, and it doesn't get banged around like my 42 mm F1.

I really like the look of the 41 mm AR ceramic series (like ASW's), but am still considering the F1 GMT as well. But I find myself leaning toward the AR as I really like seeing the 2000 DNA within the AR series. Hope you enjoy the photos...

Think IT was a bad day, but it was the right choice.

You're spot on Werner. It was a tough day. But considering that my 2000 was a gift from my late mother, I like to think that she was there with me.

I agree. Didn't know that it was so hard. You have taken the perfect decision. Wish You a lot of power for the months to come.
