It's too bad that they lost your watch but, under the circumstances, it would be great if Tournoooo! makes you whole.

Tourneau wants to give me store credit, which isn't acceptable to me as there is nothing in their stores I would like to own for retail price. And a replacement watch is highly unlikely since there are only 100 of these and I doubt TAG will produce another.

Very sorry to hear about your ordeal. How to replace a watch like that. They probably insure the watches they ship right? Imo you’re entitled to market value, nevermind the original cost. Perhaps try to squeeze out the ‘19 LE Monaco? 😗

The watch was insured, but for how much I do not know as Tourneau never sold these LEs. Certainly not for market value though, and doubtful it was insured for the retail price plus fees and import duty.

And no Monaco (or any other TAG) for me, thanks 😉

What's that strap, I've never seen it before! It's not a TH OEM or have I completely missed something?

It’s original from the TH CM45 accessories range, but I never saw a real picture of this strap before. It’s 1FT6132 with link for the titanium buckle, and 2FT6132 with link for the black buckle

Mine is 2FT6132, for black buckle

Thanks for looking it up for me! Have you tried the strap with the Calibre 16 module? I think that could look quite nice!

You’re welcome! 👍
I have tried it just now! 😀 It’s not my favorite combination for the Calibre 16 module (I prefer the black calfskin strap with red stitching), but it looks nice with any strap 🥰

Lucky you! As I had been beginning to fear, TAG and Tourneau finally confirmed today that they have lost mine. And Tourneau will likely only offer store credit for the retail price, nevermind the import duty I paid nor the fact that they're trading for a few hundred above retail so far.
Oh Dear. I think watches should make you feel good in the first place. This is what you pay for. So if they want to keep you as a satisfied customer, they should really make up their minds how to remake this. Wish you all the best.
