Did you buy one or just try it on?

Bought. Ordered last week. I’d not seen the exact one in the flesh, but the steel/blue one was at my regulr AD. I’d contemplated cancelling the order as I since read that there’s a new one on the way with a different dial and cold rather than white gold details. But on blanance price to look/performance I prefer the older version. As I have a few steel cased watches, I fancied a change and this my first ceramic watch. It arrived yesterday. So far it is a keeper. Finish and quality is superb.

Today however, old faithful back on the wrist. Still one of my favs!

Thanks! 😀 It’s one of my favorite combinations (module/lugs/strap/buckle) that its modular concept allows. Next time I will combine it with the black ceramic lugs 👍

I’m guessing i could liquidate my entire collection (ignoring inevitable bath) and have enough for the strap. 😁

That particular one does not hit the spot for me. But no such thing as a bad PP i guess

It’s second hand, one owner and asking at €28k, declined an offer of a call to the boss for the best price, sure it still would have been over budget, wife didn’t batt an-eye at the price, she merely examined all the accompanying paperwork and agreed it was a nice piece. I also tried a Glasshutte chrono in 14k gold but it didn’t do a thing for me, it was my birthday but she wasn’t making any offers on the PP, even though it was 25% of the cost of the last Patek I tried, a beautiful perpetual calendar brand new with the stickers in the AD.
Ah well, maybe some other time.
