Or maybe 5... seems the greyscale one is the lume dial one, although the dial isn't lumed it's the edge and the sub dials... also limited to 600pcs
Did you see the Night Driver?

Yes, the first of the 39mm Carreras will go on sale on Monday March 27th. Be ready!

Are the designs of the new Carreras known, and is there any likelihood of a reverse panda?

What’s the best way of procuring one of the new models? Are they usually available to buy on-line, or only F2F at a TAG Heuer boutique or AD?

There’s a boutique and an AD about 40 miles away from me so I’ll express an interest via them.

Yes they are commonly known and I think most forum members have seen them by now. There is no "true" classic reverse panda but a very yummy black dial, silver sub dials dato in the new line-up.

The new ones they tell us should not be limited so no rush, any authorized place should do just fine getting you one of these.

thanks Jim
That sounds very tempting. Is there an image here somewhere (I searched but found nothing) or is a secret handshake needed ;-)

And do we know if it will wear the Heuer label or TH?

I am not allowed to share my photos but not to worry, certain other members leak worse than a strainer and will probably provide photos and renders in a dm 👍

TAG Heuer logo.

I believe the only new releases this year with "Heuer" are the 60th Anniversary Panda Carrera and any upcoming Calibre 11 Monaco variants. I think such a Monaco will also be unveiled at W&W.

I look forward to that

I’d like a Monaco but fear it would be too big for my boy-like wrists.

Normally, I’d much prefer the Heuer logo due to the rich heritage of Carrera and Autavia, but a Dato homage may change my mind.

I have slim wrists, 6.7 inches, the Monaco is fine for me. It has a pretty short lug to lug, which makes it more wearable than it looks. But I know for some it feels large and chunky.

The new Carrera (reverse panda) isn't really a direct Dato homage per se. It does have the date at 12 o'clock like the first Dato 45. But is a tri-register layout, not dual. I think it's a nice blend of both modern and heritage looks. A little more on the modern side. It's not supposed to be a LE from what we've heard.

There's also a blue 39mm Carrera with the date at 6 o'clock, and some other color combos coming later.

Interesting as I have the same size wrists and always thought Monaco would wear too big on me because it looks chunky. I’d better pop to the local AD and try one on.

I forgot that the original Dato was two register. I quite like the idea of 3 - I’m going through a phase of preferring 3 at the moment

Blue sounds interesting as it’s not a colour I usually go for in a watch. “Other Color combos coming later”. There’s just so much temptation in this game.

Having said all that, my ideal would be a new 39mm reverse panda Carrera with Heuer logo. Can’t have everything, I suppose.

Gents, can someone DM me the upcoming Monaco renders if someone has them. I've seen the Night Driver - didn't excite me a lot though.

TAG Heuer's most recent Instagram posts have all been about the 60th Anniversary Carrera. A little odd since it's old news and pretty much sold out everywhere. Must be preliminary hype for the new 39mm Carrera's intro at W&W.

Love this video post: https://www.instagram.com/p/CqDpvexMNyE/ 🥰
I saw that too and came to the same conclusion. They used the panda/reverse panda logo so assumed it was hinting at a reverse panda still to come.

Yeah I think the video drops some visual hints. A classic silver Porsche 718 RSK Spyder and a modern black Porsche Boxster. Both drivers wearing the 60th though. It would be cool if there's another version of the video with the blonde gal in the black Boxster wearing the new reverse panda.

Actually, after carefully re-watching the video, the guy in the classic Porsche is wearing a 2447sn. So the video makes perfect sense the way it is. Vintage Porsche & vintage watch, modern Porsche remake & modern Heuer remake.

It seems odd they are marketing the 60:th panda now, feel bad for anyone who sees it and thinks it is a new release only to find out it is sold out

It’s all over the place on their socials. Porsche also posted about it a couple of days ago.
