The slow rollout of the white Speedmaster feels intentional on Omega's part. Perhaps I'm wrong, but it seems like small numbers to Omega Boutiques only for the initial rollout.

good friend of mine has his name down for one. Like me he’s 40 this year & torn between the white Speedy or the white/ silver dial IWC Portugueser.

Does this really work? I mean you create a buzz and then deliberately set out to fail to satisfy it... surely by the time the watches are actually available everyone's moved on to the next shiny new thing. Unless the whole idea is to get people to the boutiques and then sell them something else because you can't give them what they actually want? But how many people can actually afford to drop £5,000 on something they didn't actually come in to buy... bearing in mind that they need to find the original £6000 for the watch they did want when it becomes available?

Seems like a Monaco-ish case but with the heavy screws like on the shock absorbers on the Monaco 24.

Definitely a Monaco. The hexagon full sapphire exhibition caseback reminds of the 2023 Only Watch rattrapante Monaco.

I did hear from a little bird that production versions of the Monaco Rattrapante are coming this year. So this is probably it.

But the new glassbox Panda Carrera is more my style.

Indeed! They're pricing it pretty high too. And it's going to be extremely limited I heard.

Definitely a rattrapante, and "big bucks". This coming from my AD who said that the Carbon Monza is cheap for it's offering 😟

Well, perhaps it can be viewed as a halo product. No one buys it, but everyone can get the TAG Heuer glow buying a quartz Aquaracer.

Its basically like the plasma carrera. 6-figure cost. 2x colours.

I've seen the new panda and it's a real looker in person! (The boutiques have started their pre-sales.)
If I didn't have my 60th anniversary, I'd probably get this new one. 😗

Haha it's exactly this. My AD showed me it. I remember it was $250,000 HKD. Which is not earth shattering considering it will be somewhat of a halo product.
