The Lady's range sort of disappeared from the 1960s-80s (OK, late 70s). There are some nice older pieces, but very rarely come up for sale. It was the 1000/2000/3000 Heuers that brought back the Lady range at TH.

Certainly a rare piece- Triple Calendar Moonphase (likely from the 1950s?) are certainly not common; Valjoux 88 movement? Here is a similar model I have on my hard drive- note the different hands and day of the month indicator Now, if we're talking Hubert Heuer's personal watch, that changes things completely in terms of rarity and value. Well, Hubert Heuer was my grandfather (the father of my mother Ingeborg). I showed the watch to Jack and he told me that this must be a very rare Piece.
Hello jjvonerlach, me too I think your triple calendar chronograph is a 1985 re-edition, the early 1940/50th edition had bigger subdials as in the photo of the Editor of Calibre11.com here is mine

I saw only 4 fakes in ebay the past 10 years and 1 genuine. my Avatar Picture). Up to now I haven't seen any similar one.
Here was mine 1985 re-edition, I have sold it in 2015 for 16400,- Euro, nobody can say what is the real value for an 1950th original, because you find only one in 10 years in the global watch market if you search 24 hours 7 days/week. in ebay and chrono24 people sell a lot of fakes in the price range of 5000,- to 8000,- Euro
look the number "6" and "9" on the outher date scale, they are open, not closed in the genuine 1050th original, on the re-editions and on the fakes they are closed. And all originals of the 1950th have the big subdials.
here was a 1985 re-edition sold for 9500,- Euro in ebay. the re-editions have not the Valjoux 88 movement, but they have the later Valjoux 886, and they have a6numbers serial-number, and are signed with "Heuer-Leonidas" on the movement
Agree that there are a lot of fakes of these out there- I think it's one reason why these are not more collectible...they look great, but fakes are harder to spot as there are fewer catalogues from this era meaning that this watch is not as well documented. Makes spotting fakes hard.
No, its very easy: 1. every genuine Heuer Valjoux 88 of the 1950th moonphase chronograph has the 3 big subdials 2. every " has the open "6" and "9" 3. every " has exactly the same case 4. every " has a serial number on the movement in the range of 55x xxx 5. every " has a 5 numbers serial number on the case back in the range of 70xxx till 89xxx 6. every genuine are signed with "Ed.Heuer & Co." on the movement and on the caseback all the others are fakes or Re-Editions of the 1980th years here is the cataloque photo
