·Reasonably priced I agree. I find the Heuer Price Guide by Crosthwaite very informative although traders will usually ask more to a lot more than suggested here. And some collectors seem to be drinking the same kool aid. Mind you the prices are in £. My last vintage purchases have been pretty much on the mark though.

Thanks Aquagraph, unfortunately I know little. I searched through images on google to find something similar on the model CA 1212 RO that could give me more information. I am confident that someone in the forum can give me more information

To be fair, half the reason it is so complicated is because there ARE so many chopped up pieces-you take a generic '844', push some vaguely Heuer parts in (or refinish a dial if not) and ta daaa....a nice new Monnin/844. Kerching! The worst are the orange dial 844s which (in my opinion) categorically never existed.
