I'd be very surprised if the next re-edition isn't a Carrera Dato 45...I haven't heard anything, but makes sense given the good reception to the Skipper

Love that the original doesn't have the ugly periphery indentation of the re-edition.

Nice one! It's funny how the blue Daytona dials tend to oxidise in the centre...it's always in the same place. I wonder who made the dials and whether they tried something different with the finish?

There is definitely a pattern to the blue Daytona, I'm hoping that it eventually goes full on paintless wonder , I'm especially fond of the paintless Silverstones .

Of the Heuers released on my birth year 1977 , this on is my favorite .
