Tropical dial on a 1153 N, 2nd exec?

Hi,
has anyone seen a dial like this before?
I never saw one, can it be natural or did some do this intentionally?
All kind of dial degeneration I saw before have been on 1153BN....

Yeah, in fact I think I've seen this watch before. Didn't it go at auction somewhere like a year or two ago?
