Hi. Would anyone know the reference number for this 2nd generation F1 chronograph? (I don't have the watch in hand yet) Need to get a hold of some extra bracelet links. Also (if anyone is seeing this from the LA area), anyone have any recommendations for TAG servicing in my area? Any help would be most appreciated.

Good stuff. This was my 2nd TAG ever. The adventure started with... (not my old watch... a photo of one i found online)

Then the abovementioned F1 chrono... then an s/el... then a 6000 chronometer... then... I'm trying to "recollect" TAG's from the past to augment my current watch collection. Thank you for the help!

From another forum: https://forums.watchuseek.com/f25/tag-ca1211-ro-instructions-req-221765.html
This one should be easy. Unscrew the crown and pull to position 1 (sets date), position 2 sets time. When you pull the crown to position 2, it should hack the second hand (small subdial at 6:00). Rotate the crown to set the hour and minute hand.

To start the chrono, press the top pusher (A pusher). To stop the chrono press the A pusher again. Now the chrono can be restarted by pushing the A pusher or reset to "zero" by pushing the lower pusher (B pusher). If the chrono does not reset to "zero" properly, you can unscrew the crown and pull to position 1 & 2. Pressing the A & B pushers while the crown is in position 1 & 2 will advance the chrono hands (large white second hand, large red minute hand, 1/10 subdial and hour subdial). Can't remember which one does what exactly, but you should be able to figure it out. It's very common to have to reset the chrono hands after changing the battery. Hope this helps.
