Coming this weekend: The Ultimate Guide to the TAG Heuer Indy 500 watches. Heuer Carrera Indy by @rarebirds.de
And we're live! Thanks to @Yago for the idea https://www.calibre11.com/tag-heuer-indy-500-watches-the-ultimate-collectors-guide/
Great and detailed write up as we have come to expect . One minor typo that I spotted: The 9 o'clock at the end of this paragraph should be 3 o'clock.
@Yago is such a nice guy, the type of guy who says good morning to his neighbors every morning also, I love his blueisch black carbon H02
There sure has been some very cool Tag Heuer Indy 500 casebacks The vintage Heuers are super cool but my oh my, only for the rich boarding the hype train, good thing the article gives a heads up to the reader not to fall in love
Great Ultimate Guide David @Calibre11! I would definitely buy a reissue of the Autavia or the Carreras
Thanks Hubert. I think that we would have seen an Indy Autavia had there not been a change of strategy with the Autavia positioning- I know that it was planned at one stage, but I never saw a photo and don't know more than this.
Thanks David! I didn’t know there were so many Indy 500 editions! It’s a really complete guide, including the Indy 500 watch faces available for the TH Connected 1st and 2nd generations
I really like the Heuer Autavia & Carrera Indy500 At present, these are considered Heuer grails!! Re-editions please
Thanks for the article @Calibre11, a very enjoyable read! But FYI, the link in the article to the 2020 edition article doesn't work: "The strip of bricks, mimicking the start line at IMS, features on the dial, and looks fantastic, You can read more about the 2020 edition here." Those vintage pieces are really something! However my favorite is still the 2020 F1 model, the asphalt and bricks dial treatment is just too cool for school!
