Another good deal in the Watchfinder sale. No box or papers, but still a great price. This is meant to be the 250 piece LE with the carbon fibre pattern dial

Isn't it hilarious. Super limited, super cool Monaco is £2680.... crappy plastic F1s from 30 years ago are going for over a grand (allegedly).

Flavour of the month, remember the MoonSwatch - they going for less than a 100 quid right now. I give this madness a year.

Richemont just published their yearly report (fiscal year ending 31-March):
The Jewellery division is wiping the floor with the results of the watchmaking division: sales of the latter are +/- flat (down actually, when you take the CHF’s appreciation into account), the longer the year lasted the softer they got, and the decline in total units must be concerning.

Overall, no different from LVMH, I bet. So, it’s a buyer’s market out there (IMHO), except for some rather specific pockets of resistance.

And these H&T prices tend to prove it.

Watchfinder seem to be having sales every five minutes now. That used to be quite a thing, waiting for a Watchfinder sale... maybe once a quarter or something
