Possibly looking to purchase mu other half her first luxury watch. Almost bought a Tudor Glamour date for her last year (only watch she's actually liked) but ended up with an iWatch which she loves.

She has commented a few times on some Carreras I have shown her & her criteria is - fairly large 28-36mm, steel only, plain face black or silver dial (no MOP or diamonds) simple 3 hander date OK no day or chronos & auto.

I note they do a black dial version also. 28mm may just be too small. Is there an equivalent in 32-36mm?

 

There's a 36mm dark grey Carrera for ladies, but it comes on a strap.

There's a handful of crazy expensive quartz ladies carreras, one or two Im tempted with for my wife's birthday, but it's a lot of money for quartz.

Arguably quartz is better for my wife, because it'll be working when she picks it up, so she'll wear it not her quartz AR or seiko.
