This snippet comes from Gregory Pons, who writes an industry publication called Business Montres

Key points:
- In 2017 TAG Heuer plans for more than 2000 tourbillons to be COSC certified
- that's up from last year, where the number was 710
- there's a second generation tourbillon movement coming- fully in-house. It's made from titanium and carbon with 284 components

Someone with better French than me might find some more info in the extract

My background is French, here are the key points:
-Title: the brand that certifies the most Tourbillons is not considered "haute horlogerie" - go figure
-Tag Heuer is among the top 3 brands that produces the most Tourbillons
-710 in 2106
-Forecast for 2017, est. 2000 in titanium
-The new generation Tourbillon will be unveiled during Wonder Week
-Made from titanium and carbon with 284 components, totally in house

Bien merci,
