I got my C12 Monaco Gulf in that era. Not my first wrist-shot, but it was my first watch to get a strap change done on it.

I felt the OEM dark gray croc pairing was a little boring.

So I swapped it for one of the OEM 40th Anniversary Monaco straps.

These pictures were both taken around 13 years ago, like yours.
