Very cool, thanks for sharing! 👍
Even noticed some 80s quartz pieces that are right up @Aquagraph 's alley. 😉
Isn't 'vintage' 25 years old? So yes.
But wait, that means half of my collection is 'vintage'.... oooh I feel a little bit ill!
It seems there are varying views when it comes to watches. Some say 25-30 years old, others say pre-'80s is the cut off. I've tended to fall into the latter category in my thinking. But now, I'm starting to feel like '80s watches are becoming or have become vintage too.
However, in the case of TAG Heuer it might be more simple. I suppose many feel that original "Heuer" watches are vintage and anything made by "TAG Heuer" are not. So you're ok. LOL. 🙄
Thank God for that! Although moving the goalposts to suit your own ends doesn't seem quite right. Well, I guess it's because to me 1980s are my teenage years so to call that vintage suggests that I am not long for this world...
Had to get the family band back together for a collection shot...
@heuerholic hope you'll note the red 1000 that you assisted me with some time ago, same with @Aquagraph and the Kirium...again, thanks to you both.
Still haven't been able to construct an appropriate reply to the loss of Calibre11...
Best to all, M.
