    Why?
I'm still torn, so curious about your reasons.

The 160th dial is so much cleaner. It's obviously as close to the original as we've gotten in recent years. The subdials are smaller and because there is no curvature on the dial, it will look larger, when compared to the Telemeter.

Agree with 160th>Telemeter but only just, and for different reasons...
Not a fan of the curved edges of the dial in the telemeter, plus prefer the 3-register, in-house Heuer 02 in the 160th.

It's cleaner for sure, but perhaps a little too clean for my taste. There are days when I think it's gorgeous and other days when I think it's kind of bland.

In that case, wait for the panda. I think that color combination would fix that criticism.

Pretty good. Although I would have preferred a deeper color. This one is too washed-out to match the dial.

Looks like credit also goes to Time and Watches, per the print on the strap.

As much as I'd love to see more re-editions, I would prefer to see something new..that's why I'm so keen to see the "other" 39mm Heuer Carrera with the blue/ yellow colour scheme that has been speculated.

I'd like to see what the new design and product team can do, and just copying the past won't really test them

Yes, I am also very curious to see how the Montreal Carrera turns out.

As I've mentioned in previous posts, if I was running the show, I would align the two classic B/W pandas, to be released for the 60th Anniversary of the Carrera (black) and then Jack's 90th Birthday (white).

Though I 100% agree about new ideas, would be great to have 39mm homages to the past for at least a couple years.
