As with the F1 editions from Singapore, I like that we're seeing something other than Red and Black, but still not sure that Green works well (even if it fits with the Football theme)

Agreed; interesting that they did a monochrome logo on this one. Probably Ronaldo insisted.

I can tell you CR's royalties are colossal, and his contracts are quite exigent in terms of attire, colors and such.
We shot an ad with him last year. I don't recall green was his favorite color 😀

The green looks rather plasticky in the close-up shots. A bit cheap. Not really a fan. And despite Ronaldo being an excellent footballer, there won't be many people here in the UK that want to wear his product (maybe Man Utd fans?) I suspect he is more respected in continental Europe where I imagine this will sell well.
