·Like another customer’s thread, I have just sent my Connected back for the second time, within the first year of ownership, for the screen becoming detached. There appears to be an inherent design flaw. It is designed to be a watch for exercise and activity and it only gets as hot as my wrist or being in the sun. First time was while mowing the lawn, and this time it was somewhere between a big hike or the wave runner where I never fell off. Warranty was good the first time, but now I’m just disappointed in Tag for selling a substandard product that continues to fail me. My request is a credit that can only be applied to another Tag product, and I’ll just go purchase an iWatch on my own. Am I being unreasonable considering it’s less than a year old?
