TAG Heuer Connected E2 Modular - App for iOS

So I recently picked up a TH Connected 45 and, like most here, am running it on an iPhone. Now, I have had no issues at all, and I love the watch. Frankly it’s a major upgrade from my iWatch 2. The only question I have is will there ever be an iOS version of the TAG Heuer Connected App?

Thanks

The TAG Heuer Connected app for iOS has finally arrived! 😀

But I can’t make it work with my iPhone! 🙁

When I launch the app, this is the first screen 73396F84-6C9C-4A85-BBE2-1534D2DA47EE.png
I press “Empiece” (Start), and then it starts to search the watch... after some seconds, this is next screen:

That means “we don’t find your watch. Check that it’s switched on and with last app version”. Then I press “Hecho, empecemos” (Done, let’s start), and after some seconds searching, this is last screen:

So, it sends you to the FAQ page about how to pair the watch with the Wear OS app 😕, which is obviously done since first day I owned the watch!

I have repeated the process with the Wear OS app launched and closed (always with both bluetooth connected), but with same result...

Is this app working to anyone? If so, what’s the way to do it?

For Android users, is this TH app working together with the Wear OS app? Or instead of? I mean, do you need both app working at the same time? or you can use just one of them?
Thanks!

Thanks! 👍 I tried to launch again the app, but wearing one of the original faces, and then the TH app found the watch and it was possible to create my account. Now it’s working! 😀

This TH app just helps you to play with the original faces in a different -and more visual- way that the Wear OS app, and now we can add a picture as a background of the Studio face.

It’s nothing very important, but it’s nice to finally have the TH app for iOS users. I don’t know if the app for Android has more features...

No luck here, even with one of the original TH watch faces, I still get the same error.

Try to restart both the watch and the phone, and when the watch is again connected to the Wear OS app, then launch the TH app

That did the trick, restarted them both and it worked. Thanks.

With the change of my mobile phone I had to reset the watch to factory default, do a new pairing, install the latest Updates of all the apps on all devices (e.g. tag heuer app on the watch) until it finally worked again. This was on android phone. I don't know, if with iPhone it takes even more apps to be uptodate to work properly.

One question: ¿it’s possible to use a photo? I can’t do it in the app
