Tag Heuer Connected 45

Stuck on boot logo - not going past TAG boot screen.

Please if anyone could help

 

Try a hard reset through recovery menu

 

dont have a recovery menu on my watch - could you provide that?

 

Restart watch or hold 15 seconds button pressed.. While showing tag heuer logo or intel logo swipe from upper left to bottom right while holding button pressed.

 

i know this method , but the watch doesnt have a recovery installed on it.

Would you be able to provide that from your watch?

This isn't a support forum, it's a community forum. This is something you need to contact TH about.

With the correct files and process(x86 based) not available to pull an img or backup you should consider sending your watch to TH and have them restore it to factory settings for you.

 

anyone be able to fix this issue? have been trying to fix it for ages!

 

Buy new watch hard will be cheaper than sending to TH seevis
