Looks very promising. The new F1 season doesn't start until March, but it seems TAG Heuer's first release of the year might be imminent.

No slats in the dial, so not solar after all?
It still might be solar if the dial is translucent enough. Recall the White (MOP-ish), Polar Blue (Teal) & Dark Blue 34mm Solargraph Aquaracers, no slats.

And red second hand, and with the full colour logo, which is also different from the original model. Other than this, it looks similar to this 385.513 version

Signatrue? 🤣 Whoever does these has made other typos too. I noticed in the email flyer you posted above it has 1998 in the text, should be 1988. 🤦

I did enjoy re-reading about the S/EL history though. It notably mentions that the S/EL was TAG Heuer's first release to be fully developed & designed under their new TH management. While the Formula1 was the first new watch to wear the TAG Heuer name, it was already designed under the previous Heuer management.
