·Sounds like you are jumping on the bandwagon a bit there! Have you had a good look at the Code 11.59? It has some great details.
Most have slamed it because it is not an RO and because AP dared to do something different.
Sorry for not being clear. What i really meant is that most of people dislike it and see it as a "miss" more than a "hit". The end verdict whether it is a miss or a hit, not for me to decide. But i don't think it is selling MORE than RO. Yes, still kudos to them for making things different than RO, although it's been a long time coming.
As for my personal opinion, I don't like it. I do prefer the vintage triple calendar Jules Audemars AP with moonphase (round case) more than the whole RO collection though. I am not even sure i like RO. The double sapphire glass on the code 11.59 is nice but the i personally don't like the dial.
