Actually there is a comprehensive review on this forum on the following SLR TH watches I owned -
https://www.calibre11.com/tag-heuer-slr-series/
I was fascinated by these pieces that I actually managed to find them, one in UK and one from HK. The Series One SLR is the most sought after, using a Zenith El Primero 36 movement converted to regulator, an one-off creation. Since TH and Zenith come from LVMH group, using Zenith movement is common. Without having to reiterate the inside and out of these pieces, please enjoy the photos instead...
I managed to get a new strap after I've taken possession. The Series 4, last of the series is a quartz.
Cheers...

These are really special and unique watches.
They had their standing apart from the rest of the TH collection.

I used to own a series 2, sold now. It was a bit cumbersome on my small wrist, but none of the less an impressive watch.

Nice photos. The 300 SLR was actually the 5th in the series but was really just a special edition Carrera and not as outlandish as the earlier series. That said, I love the 300 SLR.

The 300SLR Carrera was a hommage to the Mille Miglia race car - not the SLR supercars of the 2000's.
I wouldn't classify it with these.
