Repainting markings on watch bezel?

I'm a bit annoyed at the markings and wonder what can be done about it.

Can I do it myself? How? What paint etc. How would the pro's do it if I handed it in for service?

There are some seller who offer special markers.
I think Amazon and watchobsession carry those.

Should/Can I remove the bezel before painting? I guess it's not easy if doable and the risk of damaging the watch removing the bezel is greater than paint or paint thinner/cleaner damaging the watch.

I'm going to use Revell enamel paint and Humbrol enamel thinners.

I think I'm done for now. If I remember correctly it was 3 or 4 layers.
