I took one of these in a trade in years ago, turned out it had been an ex police armed response car, bullet proof glass, lightly armoured doors, heavvvvvy car but it was modified I reckon, took off like the proverbial scalded cat, lots of fun.

congrats, they are lovely cars. I drove a 944 s2 on track a few years ago and it was the absolute best balanced car I have ever driven, completely neutral and would push into really progressive oversteer if you asked. I have such great memories of that 944. Please post photos when you have it.

 

Thank you very much! I've been wanting a Guards Red 944 since high school! I agree, the 944 N/A is not a fast Porsche but is really well balanced to enjoy. This example isn't a museum quality version, it's been driven a lot. The gentlemen I'm buying it from is a family friend and has owned it 27/34 years of it being a car. He has taken exceptionally good care of the car. I'll be the third owner.
