··Ash @ ΩFSadly two Aussies lost their lives today in this stunning green 991.2 GT3 RS on the Targa Tasmania. When I heard the news I’d assumed it was an old car as they tend to be the ones involved in fatalities in events like this but it looks like the speed they were carrying in the RS was so extreme that the crash structure could do nothing to save them.

congrats, they are lovely cars. I drove a 944 s2 on track a few years ago and it was the absolute best balanced car I have ever driven, completely neutral and would push into really progressive oversteer if you asked. I have such great memories of that 944. Please post photos when you have it.

Thank you very much! I've been wanting a Guards Red 944 since high school! I agree, the 944 N/A is not a fast Porsche but is really well balanced to enjoy. This example isn't a museum quality version, it's been driven a lot. The gentlemen I'm buying it from is a family friend and has owned it 27/34 years of it being a car. He has taken exceptionally good care of the car. I'll be the third owner.
