·how is everyone cleaning the ceramic dials on these watches? any methods to bring some of the ceramic back to life? mine is looking dull. I also have a few scratches that dont appear to be transfer from any other metal that wont come off.

·I am on iPhone X and have set the location services to „always“. Maps shows my location but I am not able to start any navigation (the same was on iPhone 7). Is there a workaround for navigating on the Modular 45 and iPhone?

·My watch crashed after update...
I recently bought a Tag Heuer Connected watch which was my first ever android wear watch. After setting up and pairing with my phone, the watch had two updates required. The first was successful with no issues. During the second update the screen started flashing and the phone kept vibrating/buzzing with the screen being unresponsive 99% of the time. After doing some research i was told to fully charge, let the battery drain and try again. I have done this numerous times to much frustration and no success.
I was also told to do a factory reset. This needs working watch but i have tag logo on screen, nothing else.
Please advice

·A abeveratIf you are under iOS you might need to go to the settings of Android Wear and reconfirm that the app is allowed to access contacts, location etc

I have the exact same issue with contacts. Mine also says there are no contact available. It would be great to find a fix. Thus far, no luck. I don't have any issues with calendar sync or anything.

Contacts is the only thing that won’t work on iOS/ iPhone paring with the watch, apart from that, very happy with 46 connect working with the iPhone

So you are saying i cannot sync my native iPhone contacts with my connected modular?

·I had the same problem with iOS contacts not syncing.
I believe I used the iOS app “contacts sync” to transfer my iOS contacts to google contacts. Then I believe the contacts will sync to your watch.
