regarding 3.: this is normal behaviour. The watch moves the dial around a few pixels (I think it changes once a minute) to prevent or reduce screen burn-in. This is typical for OLED-based devices. Unfortunately, I have not seen a method to turn it off (my Fossil Q Explorist does the same, also OLED).
