Hello MOBEek,

regarding 3.: this is normal behaviour. The watch moves the dial around a few pixels (I think it changes once a minute) to prevent or reduce screen burn-in. This is typical for OLED-based devices. Unfortunately, I have not seen a method to turn it off (my Fossil Q Explorist does the same, also OLED).

Did anyone get an update notification today? I got it several hours ago while at work (but can't update because your watch needs to be docked). Does anyone know what the latest update entails?

I've had Oreo last year when I upgraded my Pixel 1. Then I bought a Pixel 2 which already has Oreo on it. My Connected 45 I've had before the Oreo upgrade on my Pixel 1.

Is that what the new update it? It doesn't say, only that there's an update available.
(and yes, the second screen protector is still on...haha)

About the battery, it will only be reasonable when the batteries were made of graphene. The same on the screens.

About the screen itself, is VERY disappointing to have a watch that can麓t be seen anytime I whant. It麓s worse when you have a legit TH on your wrist.

Well with the always on display the battery is enough for 20h which is more than what I need

I get about 1,5 days with the always on, but I turn off the screen when I go to sleep. It looses about 10% power over night when I have a ~7+ hour sleep.

On the Moto 360 I had a few years ago I was getting almost a full day of juice if I didn't fiddle with it too much during the day. And it didnt even have an always on screen.

So I think the power is well within what you can expect from a 2017 smartwatch looking at the competitors. Still a little bit short which makes ANY smartwatch mostly a thing for the early adaptors. The best overall "smartwatch" is the Garmin fenix 3/5 series which lasts for more than a week even with 3X hour-long workouts using GPS.

I don't know that I'd agree with this, considering that in many reviews of Tag's SmartWatch, they cite the battery as being a shortcoming compared to its competitors. Take for example the Samsung S3, which easily lasts twice as long as Tag with a good amount of extras to boot.

Don't get me wrong, I love the Tag Modular. However, while the design is a winner, the rest of it doesn't exactly go toe to toe with its competition.

I donw know about the S3 as I have never tried or owned one. I am just comparing to watches that I have actually owned and used. THCM45 is my fourth Android Wear watch.

I love my watch, but I am disappointed with Android Wear 2.0. App developers are not publishing apps for it, so, in my case where I use an iPhone, it limits somewhat what I can do with the watch.

Anybody has the same problem as me with the charging connectors oxidating? (one of them)
Charging works, but should I contact Tag about this?

Its no dirt, I cant rub it off. It seams the metal is oxidating.
