Hi!
My Modular 45 stopped communicating with Android Wear Application after updating to IOS-11.
Tag Heuer Official site remains silent more than a week by now, regarding the issue. Any information on update either on Watch OS or Android Wear for IOS?

We’re all in the same boat mate. Mine does work eventually, it just takes a good hour if faffing every morning.

It’s been more than a week that these issues have been occurring, it’s been since iOS 11 was first released.

New guy here. Hi everybody.

Just curious what version of ios11 you’re using?
I updated mine immediately upon release and ended up back-grading to 10. Works beautifully with 10, but was worthless with 11.
I’m just curious if any of the ios11 updates have gotten any better.

It is Ios 11.1.2

I have seen images with the Modular 45 and some watchfaces that are not available to me. Like the Max Verstappen watchface and some others. How do you get them? I have only the standard ones in my TAG Heuer app.

I bought the Tag Heuer Modular 45 with 3 straps; brown leather, green rubber and Titanium (silver)
I've had it for a month now and super-happy! =) hehe.
Its expensive but it is exactly what I wanted.

the design I chose ended up to be exactly the one from this video

Although Android Wear platform says Ios 11.2 solves the problem, Modular 45 is still not responding after update. Tag Heuer is also reluctant to answer even after 3 weeks! Modular 45 has bedome my 3rd and last TH!

Updated to iOS11.2 last night. No random disconnect since last 12 hours. Surprisingly battery usage is improved as well. I guess the watch must be using more battery power when it tries to reconnect previously

I recieve “android wear not supported” message. Is there a specific sequence you followed? Like factory resetting, uninsatlling android wera etc?

The following finally worked after updating to ios 11.2 :
Uninstal and reinstall android wear
Reset and unpair the watch
Connect via android wear
Make sure that:
Android wear is set to ON at Background Application Refresh
Check from Bluetooth control pane that Tag Heuer ... is stable and stays connected continuously.

Just purchased my new Tag connect and so disappointed with it so far. The instructions are very basic. I have an iPhone 8 with ios 11.2, paid $3.99 for Watchmaker premuim and when I try and upload I get a blue ring and uploading followed by error messages. So much so I keep flattening the battery on the watch. Not a good start. Any ideas?

The only (reliable) waybive got this to work on iOS is to first save the .watch file to Dropbox.
Open Dropbox, find the file and copy the link.
Import watch into watchmaker via the link.
Open watchmaker on the watch and import the file whilst your phone is transmitting it.

Takes several mins, but does work.

Hi All
Just joined the forum after having watch for a few weeks. Overall, love it but disappointed with the interactive faces - I only have two choices, one greyish and one white. Not great - any other options? Also not sure which is the best step monitor to use which records activity without having to 'turn' on? Any help appreciated.

Anyone having issues with the Strava app? Mine won’t let me login, it’s trying facial recognition on my iPhone but going into a circular loop trying to verify. Any help would be appreciated!

Evening all, so its been a while since ive been on here :/

Been contemplating recently to let my titanium bracelet go as it just doesn't get worn enough, ten to wear my brown leather majority of the time. Anyway, went on the Tag site to double check the price of the black leather (quite fancy this as I have the black model) and noticed they now stock a black or white rubber with the coloured Tag logo on the strap - the same one the Refs wear in the UK Premier league... when did this happen and has anyone purchased??
