Locked in since late March we sorn’d my car, but now a bit of freedom is allowed I relaxed the car yesterday and went out in the sun for a blast, ended up a gentle ish drive on some of the more interesting roads near us, spent a lot of time dodging cyclists(in the middle of nowhere) and woolly bollards on the country lanes, a bit of sun and fresh air works wonders.

For me, getting into the car is one of the highlights of the week...and that's even if I'm just hreaded to the shops!

Since coming back to Australia, I have bought a Golf R. Sold the Quattroporte when we left NZ. What a beautiful car that was, even if the epair and maintenance bill over two years was more than 100% of the original purchase price! Fortunately, cars like this are cheap to buy in New Zealand and you can also buy mechanical insurance that covers all costs.

Sure is. And never once have I headed to the car and wondered whether it will start without triggering warning lights :D
