Was wondering if majority members in this great forum prefer Hublot or AP ? Please vote if you are willing to participate

I personally prefer Hublot. (contrary to the market, the AP i like is not RO or ROO, i prefer the round case Jules Audemars series).

Hublot can generally take a long walk off a high cliff as far as I am concerned.

I quite like the basic, 3-hand RO and, of course, I really like the Code 11.59.

between these two AP for sure. The original Genta. I like the Nautilus a lot more though.

Not a big fan of either but if I have to choose I would go for Hublot

Same here. I’d go with Hublot also. Hublot seems to be more creative and great using unique & modern materials. AP is for the classic high society. Although Hublot’s influenced reached the Carrera, if I want something modern and let others wonder what I’m
wearing, I’d get a Big Bang 😁😜 ::rimshot::

I am surprised its 50:50 between AP and Hublot. I was thought Hublot to get butchered to pieces in the first place to be honest.

well, watch collecting is certainly a peculiar hobby.

I agree, I thought Hublot was rather looked down on by the watch community...

So, whilst TAG Heuer watches get bigger, Carrera 42mm, Carrera Sport 44mm, IWC reduces the size of its Pilot's Watch Chronograph by 2mm to 41mm. Very sensible, IMO:

Nice looking watch, but they could have gone further and reduced to 39mm.

In other news, not too impressed with the Rolex release. Tudor release a nice panda chrono (41mm again, though) and a silver BB58 which looks nice. Can't find the RRP on that yet, though. All in all, a bit underwhelming, however.

43mm to 39mm in one go might have upset the IWC fan-base a bit more than they can cope with.

They have also released a 43mm Big Pilot although I don't believe that it is a replacement for the 46mm model.
