Hoping to pick 1 or 2 watches up this year.

Top of the list currently are:

Omega Seamaster no date version
Omega Speedy 3861
Rolex 14060m Sub

However I have a price in mind and don’t want to go too far from that.

Next down the list:

Tag Aquaracer 300 in green
Omega SeaWeedMaster

Will probably pick up a WAN2110 Aquaracer also.

Going to hold off until W&W25 to see if anything released then that takes my interest.
Oddly just thought if a Tudor BB58 Monochrome were to appear that would be the one.

Then maybe a green Seamaster or Aquaracer

I think Tudor is saying, if blue flamingos existed, then this is the shade of blue they would be.

BB58 GMT Monochrome would see me breaking my no more watches rule

Right. Good to know. And good that they've got in first.

The Blue Flamingos of Galapagos Islands are supposedly an internet hoax.
Maybe this Tudor is a hoax as well... 🤔
...because the odds of getting one anytime soon are nil? 🤣

Or maybe Tudor has named it after the blue lighting sometimes used at night on the Las Vegas Flamingo hotel?

I did wonder if there was something like a famous bar or hotel called the blue flamingo.... but these are supposedly Miami inspired

Flamingo is a neighborhood in South Beach / Miami Beach, named for the famous Flamingo Hotel that operated there for a long time.

My guess is Tudor calls it Flamingo Blue because they probably couldn't secure naming rights to the rather famous Miami Blue it resembles.

I didn't know Miami Blue was trademarked. I guess Dolphin Blue might've worked or same issue? 🤷

Sorry for the confusion. You're not crazy. I moved your video and my reply to your other thread (below), as I thought they were better suited there.

What is exciting is the 10.3mm thickness. That's fantastic - if Breitling could get their Premier and Datora lines under 12mm they'd be formidable!
I was in Breitling last week, the sales AD was at Goldsmiths prior and sorted me out with my last Tudor.

Tried on a lot. The current SuperOcean wore lovely, nice & slime, & modern looking (polarising I know) bezel action great, however basic Selitta (COSC spec but not antimagnetic). I tried on the premier 40 thought was lovely, SA said people complained as too thick, I didn’t think the case.

Did also try on an all Gold Chonomat most expensive watch I’ve tried on. My god was it heavy. Full gold bracelet also.
