Thread for Other / Off Topic discussions
Wow, and I thought this was a watch forum. Please take the Bond talk elsewhere.
@Hubert and @Calibre11 I think we need a sandbox area for all this OT chat. The threads are just getting clogged up.
Ok, how about a dedicated BOND thread? I could move those conversations there.
Fine, but there is still a general trend of certain members just over running every thread with inane guff. A sandbox/OT section would sort that out.
Ok; let's get an OT thread.
The irony about talk being OT in a thread titled Other Watches / Other Brands…on a TAG Heuer forum.
@Hubert , what was the logic of putting the Bond thread in the "Garage"? It had nothing to do with cars. Took me a while to find it.
I repurposed one that we had already, which existed under the Garage forum. I debated to move it under the main TAG Heuer forum, but decided it was probably better to leave it there.
I see. Yeah, better there than here. Too bad there isn't just a "Miscellaneous" category where all this Off topic/Non-watch stuff could go.
It is kinda funny there's so much Bond talk on the TAG forum... meanwhile on the Omega forum, not quite so much! (Beyond the specific watch releases ofc)
Great, now I can spam you all with all sorts of atrocious nonsense without getting shouted at!
I predict this thread will fail spectacularly and will only be used when Hubert feels the need to dump a load of nonsense from another thread in here, unless we make an effort to use it as intended...
OK, I'll start.
What do you think of the pedestrianisation of Norwich City Centre?
I'll be honest, I'm dead against it. People forget that traders need access to Dixons
We have a similar situation in Melbourne.
The Council is he'll bent of keeping cars out of the City. More and more bike lanes popping up at the expense of Vehicular access.
Tis true, at the end of the day you can't restock a supermarket with a bicycle
You know me so well by now!
Awesome Norwegian Electro Alt/Rock
Watched this last night. I'm not really into sci-fi, but I love Carpenter Brut and this was visually incredible, and done on a Kickstarter budget!
