·Hi. I have been offered this Montreal for a purchase price of 4000.- CHF ( Swiss francs). I'd be happy for advice on the watch itself and price please.

This looks like a good one- no polishing on the case, dial is crisp with lume pips in place. The brown colour around the outer dial is the aged seal- I'd have that replaced, not just because it will look better, but it will also keep moisture out. Price is fair.
