·A few weeks ago I posted a photo on Instagram from @orangewatchcollector who picked up his unique Monaco V4 at Baselworld.
I asked Andrew for a little more of the story- here it is:
"I just collect orange piece uniques which goes back a few years after having a watch made for me and wearing an orange jumper at the time!
The V4 is an iconic TAG Heuer and I always wanted one since release all those years back- the story of the watch and Guy's story behind it with TAG.
Yes it's the carbon fibre case, I saw it on JCB's wrist last year at Basel and said to him that I wanted one to go with my other uniques. I then picked it up from him as you can see from the photo at Basel this year."
You can see that the Orange elements are the hands and the 2, 4, 5 and 10 o'clock markers have been modified, along with the stitching on the strap. To finish, here is a fantastic photo...Orange on Orange.
Thanks to Andrew for sharing his story and lovely Monaco V4
