Notification Alerts stopped working

Any help with this would be appreciated. Notification alerts have suddenly stopped on my Connected 45. It is still connected to the Android Wear app on Iphone 8 plus. If I swipe up on my watch, the alerts are there, I'm just not getting the alerts on screen or the vibration anymore. I've rebooted the watch to see if that helps but it didn't.
