Connected E2 Modular 45 Side Button Stopped Working

Morning chaps,
New member here, names Ian... Pleased to join the forum.
As title says, my connect side button has just stopped working.
I've tried to set up as a new watch twice, taking it back to factory settings but nothing has worked!
Anyone else had same issue? If so is there a fix before I look to send back to TH?

Thanks for the welcome 😀
Unfortunately I purchased the watch second hand around 2 years ago.
Came with all paperwork, receipt and box however I do not think it will be in Warranty.

In that house you can ask how much the repair would cost and if you are interested in assuming the expense The watch could be used if you have to use the watch, to turn it on you can use the charger I should evaluate all the options 😉

I'm using the watch daily, it has no issues apart from the side button...
Just wondered if anyone else had the same.
I think it may work out cheaper buying a second hand bezel rather than getting this one fixed.!

I had this issue. 2 years ago. Was replaced under warranty. I am 99% was water damage. Pressed the button under shower to silence calls and maybe in pressed state it does not seal well.
I give u a hint. DO NOT RESET THE WATCH. u won't be able to use it after because after reset and pair u must follow the short tutorial.. And last step is to confirm with the button.
