Good Day,

I am in the market for my first "real" watch and had my eye on the below Tag's. They seem to be priced right and the dealer is very reputable. Am I setting myself up for any issues buying watches this old? Is the AD going to not have parts to replace?

I think these would be a good start to a collection but wanted the experts opinions before i pulled the trigger.

For your first watch, I'd recommend going to an in-person store to try it on first. Be sure it's something you like, that the size works for you, before pulling the trigger. (Once you've decided to buy, remember the watch model number and buy online if you're sure it's the same one)

Thats a great idea. I have watches that are a similar size so I think we are good on that front.

Does anyone have opinions on the two watches in the links?

Out of those two watches, I'd choose the first one. It's a cleaner, more modern design. Never been a fan of chronographs on dive watches, and it'll also be more expensive to service (and being an older model, possibly likely to require it sooner).
